Bronze Manufacturer process:
Lost wax casting process is used to produce our bronze statues and sculptures at our own foundry in Bangkok, Thailand.
After duplicating the original arts in a wax mold, a ceramic shell mold is created by baking the mold in a kiln. When the ceramic hold is ready, molten bronze is poured into the shell mold.
The art piece is extracted out of the wax mold, after the molten bronze is cooled off.
Each art piece is inspected and refined to perfect beauty. Then we apply patina in various color hue to beautify and make it colorfast and weather proof.
