There are simply three steps in making
custom rugs:
1. Design layout, 2. coloring, 3. Strike off sample
and final rug.
Step
1. Design can be an image, graphs, drawing and even,
painting. You can send your rug design through email,
fax, mail.
Once we receive your rug design, we will
consult and analyze, and will scale and graph to bring perfect
symmetry in design.
Step
2. Coloring your design, To choose the right colors,
you can either choose colors from our color pom set, or
we can match your colors choice from fabric swatch, yarn
or paint color pallets such as Benjamin moore's infinity
colors Palette.
Step 3. Once settle the color,depending
on the design requirement, we will weave a 2’x2’
or larger corner sample of the design for your an approval.
This to ensures your satisfaction and the accuracy of colors
and elements of your design. Strike off sample take about
4 weeks.
Once the sample strike off is approved, we proceed to manufacture
the rug. It will take approximately 12 weeks to get the
Tibetan Rug to your door .Custom

Custom rug take approximately
12 weeks to manufacture and deliver. We require
50% deposit at the time of the order and 50% when
the rug is ready.
We ship all over the world, through air freight, DHL
worldwide services.
To obtain Pom Set for color selection, we
require Refundable Deposit of $250which can
be mailed or picked up. You may keep the color pom
for up to three months. The set will be free for order
exceeding certain amount.
Strike off takes 4 weeks,
cost $150 in most case. A high-resolution email photo
sample will cost about $50.00.
Tibetan Rugs are manufactured
in knot density of 60, 80, 100 knots per inch. Higher
knots per sq. inch deliver a highly refined design.
Tibetan Rugs with higher knots per sq. inch leads
to a higher manufacturing cost.
Size: Tibetan Rugs can be manufactured in
any size and shapes such as rounds, square, rectangle,
ovals, octagon, polygon, and any asymmetrical designs.
Colors: We have 300+ color hues to select
color and can match almost any colors.
Material: Wool, silk, hemp and banana fiber
yarn. Any of these could be blended.
Pile (weave): cut pile, raised pile, closed
loop.
